Courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Please check you diary carefully to ensure you can attend.
You can pay online, in person or over the phone during shop hours.
Cancellation by the stitching room
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.
Should this be necessary, we will offer a full refund but will not be liable for any other costs or expenses.
We reserve the right to cancel any course at short notice.
Cancellation by the customer
We urge you to check your dates carefully before booking. If you do need to cancel 14 days or more before the course date we will offer a voucher to the value of the course or offer a transfer to another course of the same cost. Cancellations within 7 days or no show on the day will not be able to be transferred or refunded.
Any changes are at the discretion of The Stitching Room.
We can offer a full refund with a receipt within 28days except on cut fabrics and cut trimmings. All packaged goods must be in the original packaging in a saleable condition.
All goods must be unused and in the same condition they were purchased in.
